Cuzza – make curry the easy way

Yesterday I chanced upon this quite unique recipe site for making curry. is brought to you by the same guy who writes Clagnut and has been crafted by somebody with a true love of curry. The site unlocks the secrets of spice as well as telling you how to make big batches of ‘brown stuff‘ to use in your own dishes. I was inspired enough to go home and make some brown stuff of my own. Unfortunately we don’t have a blender but I’m gonna get hold of one on friday. This means that my chicken will have been sitting in spice for two whole days before I cook it!
